Our customer feedback survey tells us that you value a speedy delivery service vey highly when judging your online shopping experience.  You'll loose the excitement if you have to wait weeks for your purchase!.  At Xovereign Electronics, we aim to ensure you receive your purchase as soon as possible once your payment has been confirmed.  For UK buyers, In most cases you will receive your item the next day.

UK Buyers
Small items, like accessories and software will be posted on a First Class service through the Royal Mail. Larger items, like Scanners and CB radios will be posted through ANC express parcels through a guaranteed next day service.  Your item will be fully track and traceable through ANC's website.  Please request tracking details if you wish to trace.  ANC will deliver between 9am and 5pm and will require a signature on delivery.

International Buyers
Small items, will be posted through the Royal Mail using their Airsure service if availble.  Otherwise we will use the International Signed for service. Larger iems, will be posted through either the Royal Mail, Parcel Force or ANC express Parcels, depending on location and weight. You will also find that our delivery costs are reasonable.  Unlike other online stores, we do not make any money on our postage charges.  Our postage costs will always reflect as accurate as possible, the cost for posting and packaging your purchase.  

Payment Options
The checkout will direct you to Paypal, where you can pay through most types of Credit and Debit Cards, Visa, Delta, Mastercard, Electron, Eurocard, American Express, Switch, Maestro, Solo and through Paypal. If you wish to pay over the phone, please call using the telephone number in our Contact Page.  We can accept all major Credit and debit cards over the phone. If you wish to pay by cheque, please send your cheque with a note detailing your name, address, contact telephone number and the item you wish to purchase.  Please ensure the cheque includes the relevant postage costs for your item.  Cheques can be made payable to Xovereign.  Our address for sending your cheque, can be found in the contact pages.  Your purchase will be dispatched as soon as we receive the banks confirmation of clearance.

Warranty Policy 
All items sold by Xovereign Electronics will be Brand New items (unless stated).    We will assist with any warranty supplied by its manufacturer.  Most Uniden Bearcat scanners will have a 12 month warranty.  Midland Alan CB's generally have either a 12 or 24 month warranty, depending on model selected.  President CB's can have up to a 36 month warranty for some of its models.

Returns Policy
If you bought via xovereign.co.uk or over the telephone under the UK Distance Selling Regulations you have the right to cancel your order within seven working days from the day we deliver them to you. We cannot accept cancellations and return of software products if the seal has been broken. Details of the Distance Selling Regulations and other relevant Consumer Protection are readily available at the DTI website http://www.dti.gov.uk/ , but here is our brief summary of what is covered:-

Sale of Goods Act – Goods must be fit for their purpose and of satisfactory quality.

Trade Descriptions Act – Products must be as described.

Consumer Protection (Distance Selling) Regulations – We must provide you with information about our organisation, the product you are purchasing, written confirmation of your order and you have a 7 day period in which you can cancel the order. The procedure for cancellation is as follows:

Notify us in writing within 7 days of receiving the goods of your intention to return them. Please include your name, address, item details and date of purchase so we can identify your order.

The goods must be returned in their original packaging, unused, in new condition and suitable for resale.
Goods that are not in a new, unopened condition may be refunded at our discretion, but will be subject to a restocking fee (currently up to 25% of sale price, depending on condition).

You must pay the carriage cost of returning the goods; a tracked and insured delivery service should be used for all items with a value of £25 or more.
The goods must be returned within 30 days of receipt.
We will refund your original purchase price less our P&P costs.  We cannot offer cash refunds for items purchased online. A refund will be processed via the method in which the goods were initially paid for. For example, if a product was purchased using a credit or debit card, the refund will only be repaid to that card.

Xovereign Electronics will not, as a result, be held liable for any errors of omissions pertaining to the information contained in this website. Whilst every endevour is made to ensure that the information supplied is accurate, errors may occur due to changes in manufacturers product specifications.

Printing and Pricing Errors
In the event a product is listed at a wrong price due to a typographical (human) error or incorrect pricing information received from our suppliers, we have the right to refuse or cancel any orders placed whether or not the order has been confirmed and payment charged. If payment has been made and your order is cancelled we will immediately issue a full refund.
